Well, it would take a whole website to speak about Cesenatico, and the particular link that I have with this place.
Anyway, I will just limit the narrative to describe the pictures below.
Let’s start with the Tree Climbing experience at the natural park of Cervia: a challenging adventure, immersed into nature, “flying” along the zip lines, climbing ladders, and jumping between the platforms suspended on the high pine trees.
Every morning, very early in the morning, we’ve been having a stroll along the seaside, to get the energy from the dawning day: from the sounds of the slow waves, of the seagulls, of the feet, walking into the low water, the contrast between the fresh morning air and the warm sun rising from the sea and reflects onto the flat surface of the sea.
Then, straightly to the historical Atlantica waterpark: the slow river to be travelled aboard floating inflatable boats, the wave pool, and the mascot: the life-size whale.
There would be lots of activities to report: biking in the “parco di Levante“, evening stroll among the quaint shops along the “Leonardo’s canal harbor” (pictures show the Jack’s candies shop), and the amazing food experience: “cappelletti al pomodoro” (cooked by “la casa nel parco”) and the multiple award-winning piadina at the “Chioschetto Fattori“.
Finally, the summer holidays residence (also known as “colonia”), where I’ve been working as a volunteer many years ago (who knows me can appreciate this cite).
I think that it worth to mention what it is not possible to show with the pictures: the outstanding friendliness, hospitality, and sincerity of the people that I’ve been knowing in this place, which they make you feel part of their family, and makes the experience even more exceptional (thanks, my friends!)
